Updated Mechanics

The mechanics for how a Slayer collects a monster have changed.  There is now a complete document on the process as it is "wordy" to explain, even though it is simple in practice.  

I have added a second option for collection using a standard deck of playing cards.  It is an Aces-High, Jokers are special, highest card wins draw between the Slayer and the GM.
