The Alchemy Lab-RogueCard Supplement

The Alchemist's Lab  is a setting for the RogueCard system.  The map shows the lab sitting beside a small lake that feeds into a river.  What dangers will be found there?  Will the lab be filled with alchemist's doing research, or will it have been overrun with monsters and baddies that are out for blood?
