Current Working Thoughts on Experience

I have uploaded a brief working document for the use of Experience in FlexRPG.  This is how to gain experience from combat and skill use.  These are very much a work in progress! 

Please keep in mind that if something doesn't work, let me know.  It could be that I have made the intent confusing through how it is worded, or it is just plain borked.
