"W" Rune Omission and Updated Expert Advance... Also a Dictionary of Sorts!

While working through the runic word dictionary, I discovered that there was NO W rune!  This has been corrected and the Sojngan_Runes.pdf has been updated. 

I have also reworked the Expert Advance Knowledge.  This Advance now allows the Runic Lord to store one runic word to be used during one round of combat.  This will allow the Runic Lord an advance ability of casting two words at once which might combine in interesting ways.

A Book of Runes, runic word dictionary, has been created and gives a selection of words, their runes and the effects of combining the runes.  These word combinations are in addition to the rune card bonuses that they give.  For example the word Fire can combine to give boosts to Attack, Damage and Brawn. If the word is also known, via the Expert Advance, the spell also gains the effect of Fire which inflicts an additional 5 points of damage to the target.
