Updated Class and Character Sheet

It was pointed out to me that I had never put a die to use for attacking!  While going through and testing things, I knew what it was in my mind... yet it never made it to the page.

My apologies!

I have updated the A4 sheet, and need to completely redo the A5 sheet as it is currently in a state of not having an aesthetic-ly pleasing look.  I have also fixed a spelling error on the sheet and updated the Character Sheet to have a spot for Attack on it.
