Changed Action Rolls and The Guide Interaction

The new changes feel more... seamless in how skill checks or action rolls interact with how The Guide works. Now, a Moderate or Strong result will move the Guide's results one step closer to the success/miss side of the table. Upon an Extreme result, the answer will always be Yes/No and!
This feels like it is variable enough to make the rolls beneficial to changing the overall outcome, but still remains simple enough to make the rolls faster to make and apply which will keep forward momentum constant. Essentially, once understood there won't be a lot of rule referring to make sure that things are applied correctly!
